The Order process:
When your order (or pre-order) is placed, it’s status will show up as “processing” and payment is collected at that time.
Once your order is pulled, packed, labeled and ready to drop for shipping status will change to “completed”.
A USPS tracking number will be added to your order notes at the time of labeling. You can track your package at USPS.com by logging into our site to retrieve that information.
We do HIGHLY recommend that you register an account at the time of order (if you have not already) to be able to log in and recall your order history, status, and any tracking information or other notes. Some web domains mark our email notices as SPAM. Check your SPAM/Other folders for notices that you may be missing.

Be prepared to provide the full name the order was placed under, or the email it was placed under, or (best option) the order number from our store database (not a PayPal transaction number).
“Pre-Order” means that this item is not in stock and is being offered early at a discount to help with manufacturing costs during any stage of that process. Costs revert to full retail pricing once these items arrive with us and are on hand.
Pre-orders are an important part of our process. They help pay for items before and during manufacturing and that helps cut down on the length of time it would otherwise take to bring new items to market.
“In Stock” means that an item is on hand and ready for order and purchase with no delays.
Please, be aware, mixing “in stock” and “pre-order” items in the same shopping cart will delay the delivery of those in stock items until the pre-ordered items are completed and arrive with us for fulfillment. This can result in a very long wait, so please bear that in mind when placing your orders.
Charge backs are a situation that no one likes to have occur. We ask that you contact us through the listed channels if there is a problem with an order and allow us the opportunity to provide customer service BEFORE initiating a charge back with your payment processor. We want our customers to be happy with their items and continue to make future purchases and it behooves us to address any issues within reason to insure that outcome.
Kickstarter allocation pricing is reflective of the prices from the corresponding campaign for those who participated as Backers. If you missed out, you can place a pre-order on the main site but it will not be at the full early backer discount. As these are a pre-order offering at that time, it will have a discount below the usual full retail pricing.
Our unique Western themed items are manufactured in extremely small print runs. This necessitates that pricing is where we set it to allow us to pay for new products as they are completed, invest in development of the next thing in our queue, and have some measure of profit. It is counter intuitive, but a shorter print run (we make what we think we can sale) means a higher per unit cost to manufacture and we have almost no control over these costs. We hope that you understand.
USPS shipping is available for every order. We do ship worldwide and have customers in many countries. If you require special services like insurance, signature confirmation, or anything else it is available at exact cost and upon request. Please exercise care when deciding how your package should be delivered and ask for these services if you feel you require them. We are always happy to oblige.
